Hanna Leddy, MSN, RN
With over 20 years of nursing experience, Hanna Leddy founded ComfortBridge to address a critical gap she witnessed throughout her career: the need for truly clinical home care led by registered nurses, not just task-based assistance.
Hanna earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Sacramento State University, building upon her foundation in acute care and mental health nursing. Her career as a School Nurse Case Manager gave her unique expertise in coordinating complex care for vulnerable populations—skills she now brings to every ComfortBridge client.
Her specialized certifications in Diabetes management and Seizure disorders reflect her commitment to evidence-based care for clients with complex medical needs. This clinical depth sets ComfortBridge apart from traditional home care agencies.
